We are pleased to announce the expansion of our Asia-Pacific team with three key appointments: Danny Lee, Jackey Chong, and Clarins Ng.

This marks an exciting phase of growth for TraditionData in the region, as we continue to invest in the area of sales and account management professionals across these local markets.

Danny Lee joins TraditionData as Head of Sales – Asia Pacific, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in sales leadership and business development. Based in Hong Kong, Danny has held senior roles at leading organizations such as Thomson Financial, GFI, NYSE Technologies, and IPC, where he most recently managed the APAC region. His deep understanding of the financial technology and market data industries will be crucial as we continue to increase our product catalogue and grow our client base across Asia.

Jackey Chong steps in as Regional Head of Sales for South East Asia and Australia, based in Singapore. Jackey brings over 10 years of experience across investment banking, exchanges, and financial technology. He most recently served as Senior Sales at Dubai Mercantile Exchange, where he was responsible for sales and analytics for benchmark crude oil futures. With a strong background in Fixed Income and Commodities, Jackey’s expertise will be key as we continue to expand TraditionData’s product offerings in these areas.

Clarins Ng joins as Regional Head of Account Management for North Asia, based in Hong Kong. With over two decades of experience in account management, Clarins has a proven track record in delivering customer success. Prior to TraditionData, she held senior roles at Refinitiv (formerly Thomson Reuters), including Senior Consultant for Global Strategic Accounts. Clarins’ extensive background in client services and her deep knowledge of the North Asia market will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our service levels to clients.

“This strategic growth of our team in Asia demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the region, where Tradition has a long-established presence, since 1978 and now with 16 offices in 11 countries. By continuing to invest in our sales and account management teams globally, we are able to maintain and improve on our excellent direct relationships with our customers and partners in all regions. This interaction enables TraditionData to provide the very highest levels of service and support in local markets and time zones.”
